Traditional arts seem to be an endless source of inspiration for contemporary designers. These moving origami lamps by Umut Yamac are just another example of this. The London-based designer created these sculptural lamps out of love of the poetry that comes out of a bird on a branch.

The Perch Light family for Moooi launched at Salone del Mobile, Milan in 2016.
