Cyprus-based designer Stelios Mousarris runs his own company from his wonderful island, and it seems to really inspire him to create cool things. On his homepage, you can see some of his chairs, benches, or sofas. Some are more creative than truly functional, but who cares, right? Actually I know who cares about functionality, designers usually do, but it’s nice to see some experiments.
The Wave City coffee table is in my opinion one of the most gorgeous creations of Mousarris. Inspired by the spectacular city perspectives from the movie Inception, it is not the most practical coffee table ever, but it will definitly impress your friends. In terms of production, the table was built using an innovative mix of wood, steel, and 3D printing.
